Our approach is simple and effective. We start with understanding your default preferences for managing yourself and others and then expand our understanding to recognize how to use the same method to understand how others communicate, take in information, make decisions and organize their time based on their own preferences.

We will be using tools such as the CPA-approved Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment to guide our learning. Each participant will be given a link to complete the MBTI ® assessment prior to the workshop.
